Seniorentanz ist geselliges Tanzen für Menschen ab der Lebensmitte. Jede(r) kann mitmachen und gemeinsam mit anderen aktiv sein. Freude an der Bewegung finden und somit Gesundheitsvorsorge betreiben. Tanzen ist nicht nur Training für den ganzen Körper, auch die geistigen Fähigkeiten werden geschult. Seniorentanz ist kommunikativ, fördert soziale Kontakte, schafft Erfolgserlebnisse, bereitet Freude und trägt zum Wohlbefinden bei. Ein Einstieg ist jederzeit möglich.
